I have developed a great partnership with MPS, in particular the MPS NQT support. I appreciate their attention to detail in terms of the PLE’s and helping me write and submit PLEs that hit the desired standard of approval from external mentors. Aside from the NQT support, they have continued to check on my well being and ensure that I receive the necessary support during the difficult covid times. The NQT support has enabled me to compile evidence to create PLEs. The communication aspect has been second to none. My emails are responded to quickly and valuable information is given. The support and engagement is faultless, constant support and guidance is given throughout. I am throughly happy with the service I receive from MPS NQT support and I am delighted that they are my support network alongside my NQT journey. They always go above and beyond and continue to ensure that members like myself are at the core of everything they do. It has reinvigorated my enjoyment of teaching.”

MPS were fantastic. They organised absolutely everything and made me feel very confident about moving from Ireland to teach. They organised my flights, picked me up at the airport, drove me to a hotel, drove me to the school in the morning for the interview and back to the airport again that evening.
