I have developed a great partnership with MPS, in particular the MPS NQT support. I appreciate their attention to detail in terms of the PLE’s and helping me write and submit PLEs that hit the desired standard of approval from external mentors. Aside from the NQT support, they have continued to check on my well being and ensure that I receive the necessary support during the difficult covid times. The NQT support has enabled me to compile evidence to create PLEs. The communication aspect has been second to none. My emails are responded to quickly and valuable information is given. The support and engagement is faultless, constant support and guidance is given throughout. I am throughly happy with the service I receive from MPS NQT support and I am delighted that they are my support network alongside my NQT journey. They always go above and beyond and continue to ensure that members like myself are at the core of everything they do. I appreciate all their hard work, attention to detail and especially, their creative approach to adapting to providing support online.Ffion Price, NQT
“I've worked for MPS Education for over 4 years on and off - I have tried other agencies but always come back to MPS. The reasons for this is; their systems are the most straightforward, the office staff are fantastic and are always there for you and they have helped me make strong ties with a number of schools in South Wales, which has massively benefited me professionally. I always recommend MPS as the supply agency of choice to all the supply teachers I meet.”Sarah Stephens, Welsh Medium Secondary Teacher
“I joined MPS as a Primary supply in 2012. I have been teaching since 1997 and was looking for a more flexible teaching role to enable me to meet family commitments. I was lucky enough to get a long-term job share in my second term of joining MPS in a local school. The MPS team have always been very approachable and the out of hours’ service is really helpful, it enables me to receive bookings during the evening, so I am not waiting for an early morning call. Even on the mornings, MPS always try to give me as much notice as possible and keep me local so that I can still get to school in plenty of time. I have had wonderful placements; Foundation Phase, Key Stage 2 and Special Needs. The online diary enables me to add my availability, plus, MPS offers a variety of courses during the holidays so we are able to keep updated on the latest practices in education. As I am unlikely to return to full time teaching, working for MPS as a Supply Teacher means I can still do the job I have wanted to do since I was 9 years old. It has reinvigorated my enjoyment of teaching.”Louise Owen, Primary Teacher
From the moment, I walked through the door at MPS I was made to feel part of a team. The staff from the outset seemed genuinely interested in my career, my job aspirations, and me and in finding me suitable employment! To that end, I’ve found that they take pride in finding the ‘right fit’ between the school or college and the teacher and strive for a happy working relationship. Joining MPS has been perfect for me, they really took the time to get to know me and put me forward for jobs that suited my skills and personality. I’ve found my experience with MPS a reassuringly pleasant and rewarding one, they are prompt in informing of possible placements and just as importantly from my own perspective are extremely understanding of other commitments. They have provided me with work whenever I am available and regularly call just to catch up and check on how I am getting on; dealing with any concerns I have immediately. MPS are a brilliant agency to work for that genuinely wants you to progress and succeed in any career you choose!Darren Macey, Cover Supervisor
Since working for MPS, I have been near to 100% in work, enjoyed many a delightful chat with the office staff, and genuinely love working for this company! If you’re looking for an amazing agency to trust, these are the ones!Luke Green, Secondary Teacher
MPS were fantastic. They organised absolutely everything and made me feel very confident about moving from Ireland to teach. They organised my flights, picked me up at the airport, drove me to a hotel, drove me to the school in the morning for the interview and back to the airport again that evening. One of the representatives even sat down with me to make sure I understood my contract before signing. I could not have asked for anything more. Thanks so much guys.Aoife Majella, Primary Teacher
